Where?

You will have the amazing opportunity to work in one of the best hostels in the heart of South Kensington, a beautiful district close to the heart of London, considered one of the most elegant and richest parts of the capital.

What?

Receptionists are the first faces and points of reference for the guest as soon as they arrive. They welcome and make them feel at home.

You would:

- Check guests in

- Take payments

- Show the rooms to the guests

- Deal with customers enquiries

- Process bookings

- Deal with telephone and email queries

- Some housekeeping e.g. helping with kitchen and linen

Who?

We need someone hardworking, punctual, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team. Your English level should be at least intermediate (high B1, lower B2 and above) and have a positive attitude.

The placement is subject to interview.

When? 

We are looking for someone available to start asap. Minimum 12 weeks (3 months)
